Delivery period After we have comfirmed the completion of customer’s payment, we will immediately ship out the product to the customer.

We will not accept a request for exchange or return of the item for the following reasons.

・Damaged or flawed by the customer.
・Over the returning time limit.

Also, we will not exchange or accept the return of our products for reasons such as “the image is different” or “I changed my mind,” due to the nature of our goods.

This sales agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction upon Shizuoka District Court over any disputes arising out of or relating to this sales agreement.
